Couldn't get my problem across to the woman who was not from the USA and so I got charged an extra 5+ more duh dollars.

New movie choice is very limited.

It was the best video store in town and we'll miss you!!!!!

Red box started charging fees for a DVD we didn't have. And it took months to get $70 back from them. Not ok.

The staff was awful and thr bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in months! Absolutely disgusting!

Im not into Redbox but if you have the app you can order the movie and just pick it up. That's cool
