Best service takes care of customer went the extra mile to help

Refund was issued for the fees and charges that shouldn't have been charged. Kudos to U-Haul for correcting that. But from now on I'll only use U-Haul Centers.

Be careful with their billing. U haul makes a lot of "mistakes" and charge you more.
