        I had never heard of Senior Options until I moved into Horizons Senior Apartments in Hilliard, Ohio and I was so very pleased with how quickly Rachel contacted me and then how easy it was to receive the services provided for my particular needs. This program offers several different services and needs and Rachel (my caseworker) is phenomenal and so very kind and sincere in helping me to attain all the services that meet my needs. She is extremely sensitive to my situation and so very uplifting whenever we meet and/or speak. I am very grateful in having Rachel as my caseworker and very thankful for the Franklin County Senior Options program offered in Franklin County! To all Seniors, if you find yourself in need of any services please don't hesitate to contact the Franklin County Senior Options office.
