Hayley has been wonderful to work with during the application process! She has gone above and beyond in many ways, processed our app quickly, and has been so kind along the way. We are very excited to move in!

When I first moved in 5 years ago, I would have given 5 stars. $200 increase in rent this year, almost $100 last year. No loyalty to on time paying renters and an excuse of, "Well this is what the market states." 634 sq ft. $1173.00? Just say we could care less about you and your tenure and rent paying history of never late and we are going to make as much money as possible. I would respect that honesty at the very least. I feel like the place started going down hill when the new rental company took over. Here are some photos. This was finally addressed last week, fantastically right before fall and lease renew. UPDATE: I have since moved out of Orleans apartments into a purchased house, but at my time of departure, they have made many changes. Pricing is still high, but it is that way everywhere thanks to Bidenomics. They have improved the grounds a lot via landscaping, new fencing and building painting. It is really starting to look nice. It is a quiet place to live for the most part and I personally did not experience any crime in my 7 years there. The office staff is nice and easy to work with, and maintenance though I rarely needed them was on top of it when I did. They are making things better, so I updated my 2 review to a 4 . I am removing the photos I posted as they are not relative post the changes they are making.

I love Orleans for 2 reasons. 1- Francesca and her team in the office. 2- Mark and Robert as the maintenance team. With price hikes around the city I considered moving a couple times over the last several years, but I can't bring myself to do it. This place has the most reliable maintenance team I've ever worked with in almost 20 years as a renter in Columbus. The office staff is so nice and so helpful, they are truly a pleasure to work with. I couldn't be any happier with the service I get here.
