Been living here for a couple months now and I’ll be honest it’s one of the best apartments my roomie and I ever stayed at. It took a while to get things finalized for our apartment but it has new appliances (paying more is worth it!) and anything that came up, the maintenance crew helped with right away :) they are great and hardworking guys!! It’s really nice getting to know the staff, people are so kind, and the residents too that we have met (they always hold the door for us). We have a lot of space and can barely hear neighbors (just occasional faint footsteps). This week Harvard square gave little goody bags because of resident appreciation week. It was very cute with their little signed card from everyone! Really didn’t know what to expect when we got here but so glad we decided to stay.

I have lived here for a year, just recently they stopped excepting packages in the mail room and have set up metal shelves in the leasing building in front of the main mail room. Since they have done this, I have had flowers stolen off of my front porch when my aunt passed away. I’ve also had my Christmas box with several presents inside stolen off my front porch, and when I brought this to the attention of the staff in the main office they had zero sympathy and wouldn’t give me anybody above them to complain too. I find it very hard to be so complicated to put up signs that say don’t put the packages by the door and in the package designated area. Honestly it’s like the desperate housewives of Harvard Square, I’m moving out in less than a month and I cannot wait. 0/10 heather took my number and promised me someone would call me back, it’s been a few hours I have zero faith in the office staff trying to accommodate people who pay to live here. Absolutely ridiculous. People are out here stealing packages which is a felony and the staff have 0 care. Update: I’ve heard back from Kristen and apparently she’s the only person you can complain to about anything here which means absolutely nothing is to be done about this issue and there’s nobody else to motivate her to care about her tenants mail. READY TO MOVE is an understatement......... I am perplexed by this response considering on the phone both heather and Kristen told me that the fed ex and UPS workers have keys to all the buildings and you confirmed with me on the phone that you knew that packages were being dropped off at peoples doorstep. Just goes to show the management here is atrocious and they also lie!
