Public Storage is a great place to store you're goods. And the new lady that's working there is amazing, she is very helpful and she really knows the business, very polite and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend the public Storage on S High St in Columbus

Horrible experience my move in date I rented a U-Haul truck for Six hours to move in I get to public storage with my 1st load get it unloaded no problems I leave get my 2nd load pull up and 5:15 to 5:30 put my access code in two times gate never go up on the gate it say we have access until 10 pm look at the gate and see a lock and chain with a full U-Haul truck that I was supposed to return by 6 pm I call customer service and they say they will email the manager I call the manager no pick up no response put me in a horrible situation because the U-Haul charges by the miles, have to refill gas, and I was supposed to return the truck by 6 I ended up having to return the truck the next day and made 4 trips back and forth because I couldn't get into the gate no one called back no one accommodated me for my troubles it was no communication no email no text no return calls not even sign on the gate that says out of service and why I was trying to get in 5 other customers came trying to get inI spent more money than in my budget because of the lock and chain on the gate

The new lady thats there is very nice and Im not upset with her by any means, but my unit has been broken into twice since October. Theres a homeless camp behind the place as well. Theres people staying inside their units and theres specifically a guy staying in the one in my hallway where everyone unit but his was broken into. And prices are very high here, payment just went up $50 a month and its not secure and I cant trust having my stuff here any longer. Its sad people have no life and wanna take from others. The company itself isnt awful but it is pricey considering Im paying $192 for a 10 x 10 a month now and my stuff keeps getting broken into.
