I felt like I owed it to the shop to write a review before I move away from Columbus this fall. This is hands down the best UPS store I have ever been to. The customer service associates always go above and beyond. They're kind, patient, and prioritize our time. I once ran in 5 minutes before closing (which I know was a total inconvenience) and their customer service guy (can't remember his name but he is the best) stayed until a few minutes after close to get my package shipped. He also always asks how my day is going which a small gesture of kindness that the world doesn't always see these days. You guys are the best! Thank you for everything!

My fiancée and I have been there a couple minutes within closing but the employee there is so stellar and understanding and kind. The great customer service receives a high rating for me

Why is this place so expensive? It's just taking up retail space at this point.

Make sure you get a receipt if you drop off a package here. Dropped off an Amazon return just before 5:00pm on 4/1/21 and it was never marked as received/shipped. Have no idea what actually happened to the package. This has never happened before at any other ups locations. I won't be going back to this location. Grandview is much better.
