Crump is more likely to have replacement parts for out of date bath fixtures. They have saved me more than once.

Crump is a really great plumbing outlet. I have grown up knowing that if we had a plumbing problem they could solve it. I love that this is a family owned and run business. It is best to see three generations of Crumps who are passionate about pipes.

My kitchen faucet was leaking from the base. So I took it apart thinking I was going to replace it with a new, expensive, faucet and be done with it. I noticed a couple O-rings in it and decided I would try replacing them first. I found a generic seal kit at Crump for $2.75, installed it and no leaks. I was very happy. Although the old woman there was grumpy, that didn't bother me, because I got what I needed, cheap! If you need plumbing parts, it is almost certain Crump will have what you need.

This was my first experience going to Crump. I had bought a Pfister bathroom faucet from Home Depot and lost a couple of small metal clips that came with it. I looked a Home Depot and Lowes but all the clips of that type were to small. I looked on line and could buy them from Pfister for $0.52 each but shipping was going to be $12 or $13. I tried Morrison Plumbing Supply which suggested Crump. I went to Crump along with my instructions that should the clip. The guy said Yes we have those and went to the back and found them and brought them back in just a few minutes. Then the shock. Their price was $5 each. These were actual Pfister parts, the same ones that Pfister sells for 52 cents. Similar clips (although wrong size) sell for around 50 cents at Home Depot. I went ahead and bought them since it was less than having them shipped to me. However, it was very disappointing to see that they were taking very obvious advantage of the fact that they are probably the only place that has them. Based on my experience in retail (not plumbing supply) if Pfister prices them at 52 cents they probably paid 25 cents or less. The good side was that the service was fast and the guy know what I needed and where it was. I will probably go there again but I will always find out a price elsewhere first to avoid this experience.

This is plumbing HEAVEN!! DIY is one of my favourite hobbies and it gets me through some hard times. Mr. Crump understood this completely. He did not underestimate my capability, helped me troubleshoot my plumbing problems, and sold me exactly what I needed. What he didn't have, he sent me to purchase at Home Depot (they also sing his praise). For what I needed, the prices were the same but Crump carries better quality and has all the odd parts that are hard to find anywhere (unless you order online).
