I actually had a great experience until we checked out on night 6. The manager was working for the 1st time since we had been there. She tried to charge us double upon check out. She charged us an outrageous price for the last night which we left early at 6pm on same day because of work. But anyways all the other staff was great no issues cleaners were super sweet to but the manager lady was absolutely left me with a bad taste in my mouth after she double charged us. We will never go back! Just because of her. I feel sorry for her staff I bet she is a TYRANT! TO WORK UNDER!

Firstly the staff are all super nice - every one of them. The price is cheap and they are dog friendly. The room is super small, the sheets are stained. The microwave is smashed up. It doesnt feel very clean. The hallways are filthy, the carpet on the 3rd floor is covered in stains and it smells. The breakfast area was clean but the food and the coffee were terrible. The TV didnt work at first- then when we got it working the remote didnt 100 function- you could change channels but you couldnt control the volume on it - you had to get up and do it on the tv. Oh and the faucet in the bathroom shoots the water over and past the sink - so thats annoying. The fridge was pretty rusty. The chair was so filthy we couldnt sit in it and there is weird stuff staining the walls with gross drips down it. It was a last minute impulse to stay here, it wasnt the worst but we wouldnt stay here again.

Checked in for our kids competition weekend. Made it to the room with my four children (infant included). One of the beds has mildew stains on the sheet. Went down and told the from desk. A nice young lady came right up and changed the sheets. We continued to unpack. We then left to grab a bit to eat. Once we returned about 2 hours later and tried to enter the room the keys didn't work. Me and all the kids went back downstairs all to find out Synthia Turner the front desk manager locked us out our room and instructed the ladies at the from desk to inform us we have been removed from the property. Apparently while we out eating house keeping came to "change the sheets" again. House keeping reported to the Manger someone was smoking in the room. From there Synthia Turner made the decision to kick me and my four kids out our room. It's not 10pm I asked the front desk to speak with a manager. They called Synthia Turner informed her of my request to speak with a manager and she told them she will call the front desk phone to speak with me. I waited a short while then inquired again about speaking with her. The from desk lady said someone will be in to speak with me.... I waited a while longer then asked who and when because I needed to get my kids in a room and to bed. I want then informed Synthia in fact was not coming but she had called to had security excorst me up to my room to get my things.... totally unnecessary. I wasn't screaming hollering or making a scene. I just needed her to explain how she came to the conclusion she did. She couldn't even have a conversation with me. Oh and to top this off I was informed she told them to charge me a smoking fee. The crazy part is. I am not a smoker at all. Synthia Turner didn't show tonight but she will be hearing from me.
