SureStay Plus By Best Western Mobile I-65

The Staff made all of the difference. I give the front desk 5 stars! They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was sausages on the hot bar only so ill give that 2 stars, boiled eggs in a packages, they did have OJ and apple juice. A waffle maker, oatmeal in packets, they did have coffee/ cups small, fruit was apples. So bottom line its a great location, great staff but you can tell the things are somewhat outdated. I did have a microwave amd a fridge. I would stay here again, i hope things improve but for the price im not complaining i was actually impressed.

I pull in the parking lot and see bo one has cleaned it in months. Broken branches and litter everywhere. Then I enter and they tell me there is a $25 early check in fee, which is nowhere on there website. At that time, there was 2 cars in the lot, so it would have no effect. I usually stay at Holidays or Hamptons and after this experience, I wont come here again

The property seems to be recently renovated but definitely was not done at quality standard. The inside still feels very dated and old regardless of the putting lipstick on a pig presentation of the building. The breakfast was horrible and very limited options and also they ran out of breakfast on the second morning of the stay. The comforters on the bed had holes and plenty of stains in them as well very unclean. There is an old smell throughout the building that you can tell its antiquated. The pictures on the website is completely misrepresentation of what it actually is. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ice machine on both floors broken for our entire 5 day stay. Hot breakfast consisted of cold sausage links no eggs cereal and bread. Ac barely worked. Stopper in tub was broken. Booked a suite room and its the exact same as a regular room. Very disappointed for 81 dollars per night and even more disappointed for a best western. Definitely needs to have the best western brand removed from this hotel Walkability: Cant walk anywhere from here

First let me say THIS PLACE IS THE BIGGEST SLOP HOLE, from horrible rooms and no channels on the Tv, plus eveytime you take a shower the fire alarm goes off., A non existing breakfast, no apple juice, or orange juice, no hot food. Pool concreted in also. The tables in the room the legs are falling off no refrigerator in the room either. No ice bucket either. No matter how much lipstick you put on a pig it's still a pig. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
