I rented a unit for 3 months when it was time to move my stuff I contacted them letting them know I was moving I was told I had until 12/4 before they locked my unit. I went and got a U-Haul came to move could not get in so I called the call center and was told I had to pay 150 I paid 150 on 12/3. I called the office because I couldn't understand why I had to pay to move out and was told I would get a refund within 3 days I waited 7 days called and was told call back in 10 days I waited 10 days just to be told I have to wait at least 2 weeks today is the 19 still haven't received my money back I will never use nor refer them again. I can say one lady was very nice and helpful but didn't get anyone's name but the other one was very rude...
