Midnight Sun Car & Van Rental

Hertz doesnt take debit cards only credit so I came here and got an even better rental than I would have there! The front desk receptionist was so helpful and made sure opposing partys insurance would be charged right away instead of me paying up front and going through reimbursement. The process was quick and easy and they are so friendly! Thank you guys!

0/10. Decided not to tell us until we paid and showed up they have rules of how far we can take the car. NOWHERE on the website, emails, etc. does it talk about these rules. Were out hundreds of dollars due to their lack of care for their customer. Go anywhere else.

Went to check in with the rental and only then did they inform me of the 50 mile radius restriction in the winter. Not during any phone calls or emails or on the website. Cancelled the reservation immediately.

This place is great ,very easy and great customer experience and very affordable I will definitely recommend anybody to come here to rent and car. I don't rent cars ever but this place was amazing they made me feel so comfortable..and they pick up and drop you off too

These guys had me sign a contract that said that "the vehicle would be tracked". That's fine and I consented. The thing is that they attached an apple AirTag to the car's KEY and not the car itself, which means they were tracking ME and not the car, wherever I took the key. That is, they would know if I am in a bathroom, in my bedroom. It not only goes against their own policy, but it violates my privacy. Terrible service!!!!
