Nice little Airbnb. Location was great since its close to downtown. Only bad part if you want to call it that, is two houses next door are boarded up and homeless people were trying to break in. Little encampment across the street. Complementary washer and dryer was a pleasantly great surprise. Very clean, only con about this place is the airfield is next door(a few streets down). Super noisy. Heard every take off, fly over and landing. I live by an international airport back home and Ive never heard airplanes be so loud. So just prepare yourself. Overall great little place.

We absolutely love the room and all the services that comes with it. The host was very polite and willing to help with any issues. The location is good for down town travels. Within walking distance to the Alaska Railroad and local restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

First Class Cottage, we stayed in the two bedroom with living room, kitchen and garage parking. I would like to start off by saying that the property has been fully remodeled. The interior is adorned with earth tones and classic white trim. Main flooring within the main living space is LVP while the bedrooms are carpeted. Everything you need is inside the cottage. The cottage would accommodate four adults comfortably. Seating for four in the living and dining room, each room has a queen bed, closet, and ceiling fans. Steaming WiFi with a smart TV in the living room. One full bathroom in the main hall of the cottage and a separate area in the hall with full laundry. The property location is about the best I have found in the Anchorage area. Access to downtown is a few minutes, and everywhere else in Anchorage is under 10 minutes to include JBER. The property hosts are A+ with communication and have a very detailed guest book in the cottage. Our stay was a March/April stay with still a few feet of snow on the property. Parking and walking areas were clear of snow which makes it easy to access the cottage. Below are some property details: -The two bedroom cottage is not wheelchair accessible due to steps. -The kitchen includes Refrigerator/Freeze, full range, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, toaster, electric kettle and many other items to make you right at home. -Heating can be controlled by occupant and is forced air heating. -Additional secured parking onsite if you have two vehicles. -Coded locks are reprogrammed between stays, very secure. No need to post any photos, the website is spot on and as advertised. Lastly, I challenge you to find a hotel accommodation at this price in Anchorage.

I recommend this place for many reasons. 1) It is beautiful (good taste, charming, cozy, elegant). 2) It is quiet and clean. 3) All the amenities work perfectly, even the cooking knifes are sharp and the kitchen has everything we need to cook our meals 4) Mattress is super comfortable we slept like babies! 5) Water pressure in the shower is excellent (and hot !!! which we really appreciate after skiing for hours) 6) The heating system works very well. They even have a nice electric fireplace to make the living room cozier and comfortable. 7) It is safe and has good size parking spaces! 8) Communication with host is prompt and professional. 9) But we can't be MORE THANKFUL TO ROB, the host, for making himself available to help us when we had an inconvenience with our car and we were an hour away. We truly appreciate that. Not many hosts will take their time to help their tenants in that situation. Thanks for making our stay in Alaska exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend this place. Cupple Cottage is perfect! P.S. the welcome message and the chocolates was a thoughtful gesture . One of my favorite things about the cottage!

Stayed here four nights in early July. On the edge of town, but a short 3/4 mile easy walk to the heart of downtown. Cottage is spacious, clean, and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, dishes and most important to me, an electric tea pot. Modern decor, well-maintained, comfortable furniture, and ample table and seating options. Black-out shade and curtains in the bedroom provides a good sleeping condition for the long summer daylights hours. Bicycles available for rent are new or slightly used and at a very reasonable daily price. A great way to see the city or explore nearby trails. Ample parking, well-maintained grounds, a BBQ grill, and outdoor picnic tables with umbrellas. Owner was quite friendly, provided for easy check in, and was accessible throughout my staff. Highly recommended!
