I've been to this salon a few times and they've always done an excellent job! This set is just stunning. It looks exactly like the reference image used. It was $100 total (excluding tip) which I think is a fair price considering the time it took and the attention to detail. I have very sensitive skin on my fingers due to eczema and it's usually painful when the nail is filed or buffed. She was very gentle with my hands and I had no pain. MONEY GRAB!! My boyfriend was taken advantage of at this salon (5/27/23). He asked for clear coat and the lady insisted on a buff instead because it would be "shinier". After we paid and realized it was $10 extra i went back and ask why. The lady said it's $10 for a buff and that it "took a long time". I called back and asked how much a clear coat would be and they said $0 and it comes with the manicure. How convenient. They proceeded to lie and say they told him it was $10 before they did the service when they 100% did not. Who in their right mind would pay $10 for a buff instead of $0 for a clear coat?? $35 manicure that's looks the same to me than it did before. I even tipped good and they were not helpful whatsoever. 0/10 Service: Manicure

Please please work on your communication skills!!! I know theres a language barrier however you disregard what I was asking for and watched you do it to 2 other clients as well. I used to love coming here, but the last 2 times Ive come in and asked for the same color on toes and nails, and was completely ignored. I felt like I completely wasted my money but most of all felt completely disrespected.
