        Love living ar these apartments. The owner is very nice and acomadating to any issue that arise. I would definitely recommend these apartments. It is nice having a landlord who takes care of their property.

        I lived at River Point Village Apartments, with my family. We enjoyed the community and were impressed with Rolands (owner/manager) kindness and professionalism. Any issues that came up like repairs were promptly and professionally addressed and repaired. We needed to leave the state due to work, and our move out experience was outstanding. Management is honest, ethical, and professional. It exceeded our expectations, especially when we compare it to our previous experiences with other managers and landlords.
