Moved in middle of Jan 2023 (currently June 2023) Dan was the office manager when I moved it and he was great. We have a new manager now, his name is Kris. He seems really nice, but the lady that's training him, not so much. I got a 10 day "correctable" notice for grilling, the lady was pretty rude when talking to me. My unit shakes a little (table and fridge shake when walking normally). The kitchen and bathroom are really small but manageable. I've had to have maintenance over a few times since I moved in for various issues with my fridge and dishwasher, nothing too major. Maintenance is really nice and is fairly quick as well.

The Location on Chena Ridge is great, and the Townhouses are great for the price. The Manager, Daniel, made everything go smoothly. Moving in now, will update in the future.

STAY AWAY! We've lived here for 4 years, and we've just been informed 30 days prior to renewing our lease that they were chosing not to do so, giving us less than a month to find a new place to live in an already hot rental/housing market. The apartments are falling apart, our bathroom door hasnt closed in months because the entire doorframe is shifting. The heat is a joke, it's either cold enough to need to wear layers or hot enough to sweat, and the heating isn't even a real thermostat. One would think the carpeting on our walls Reminiscent of the 70's might help, but no, it just attracts dust, which is all over the complex. Be careful in the kitchen, the drip ceiling actually fell on my wife over a month and a half ago before Christmas and the pieces that cover the fluorescent lighting almost sliced my wife's face open when they fell on her. Supposedly we were supposed to give them til after Christmas for it to be fixed, but I've never heard anything back. Other residents haven't been cleaning up after their dogs, and when I point out the dog waste that shows up every morning behind my car, nothing is done besides putting out blanket notes on every door in the complex. Snow removal in the winter is a joke. They leave piles 15 feet high next to each of the apartments and then don't care when the removal company leaves piles plowed in front of your apartment. Meanwhile, back inside, I'm fairly certain there's black mold hiding under all the patch jobs theyve done to try to hold this place together. I'm pretty sure thtlatsbwhybive had constant headaches while living here as well. There's 0 air circulation in the wintersand we've had to run fans 24/7 just to mix the overly hot air from upstairs with the cold air that pools downstairs due to the lack of insulation. Condensation regularly freezes to the inside of all the windows, and the second story windows actually freeze shut. Seems like a fire hazard to me.
