At first, I was hesitant but the check in/out process was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. There was also a kitchen for everyone upon checking in. I highly recommended! The property manager also checked in when he observer a new guest, so it gave a really solid sense of security. He even checked in to make sure he introduces himself.

Quick walk to Safeway across the street. Clean, basic room. Comfy bed. It's my new go-to when I'm staying in Fairbanks. Rooms: Rooms are clean and comfy. Dorm fridge is a nice touch. That's new since the last time I was here. Safety: Felt safe. Walkability: Super walkable

Very clean et well equipped apartments. But rent may not be affordable for everyone.

I'm here longer than vacation, more like a monthly and the on site manager Al and owner Alex have been extremely friendly and understanding with my particular situation so I recommend this place to anyone looking for a daily or short term stay in Fairbanks, if long term is needed then check in and speak to management Al or owner Alex.. It's been a few months and still here, The privacy, security of the property and the friendliness of it's Employees and the Owner will make you want to come back everytime when you need to travel Rooms: On-site management and the owner is easy to get a hold of if needed, it's Quiet, Clean, and amenities especially the free Wi-Fi are excellent Nearby activities: Bike trail for riders and Clubs and bars for those who drink around the corner and down the street Safety: Cameras outside building and inside , keeping you safe Walkability: Near everything, bus stops and grocery store directly across the street and a department store / grocery store down the street. Food & drinks: Wendy's, McDonald's, Subway, Fatburger- all down the street or around the corner

Thanks for the nice stay. I really liked full sized body wash and shampoo/conditioner bottles, after staying in a camper for 2 weeks. The only thing I would change or add is more rooms with just walk-in showers, no tub; and safety bars for people who need them. Thanks again. Also, very affordable.
