        After a long day of driving the room was very large with a comfortable bed. The guy that checked us in was very friendly and took the time to answer our questions. Plan on using this location every time we are in the area.

        I stayed at this hotel because of the good reviews. We checked in late and the night crew was great! We got to our room and it was suppose to be a 2 queen suite, enough to sleep 6 people. The room just had 2 queen beds with a chair. We did get a roll away which was a pain but doable. The next morning we went down to get breakfast right at 9:30 and the older man running it was very rude to me and my family. I understand it closed then, but there still was food that was already made that we could grab and go. He said disrespectfully, we needed to hurry, and because we were the last ones we needed to help him clean up.

      Hello Babette, First off, we would like to thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent stay, as guest feedback is always welcomed and appreciated. That being said, we would like to apologize for the poor experience you had at our property, especially due to the room type you were given, as well as an unfortunate breakfast incident. When I look at your reservation, I do see that you booked our two queen suite, however, it was reported that the sofa bed in the room was broken and not usable. We are so sorry for this inconvenience, and that last minute arrangements had to be made in order to accommodate your group. We have ordered a new sofa sleeper, and will also remind our front desk team of the importance of communicating to our guests prior to their arrival if we are unable to provide them with the expected accommodations. Finally, regarding the issue you experienced at breakfast, we are very disappointed that our attendant was not showing the exceptional hospitality that we expect from our staff, and we have already provided your feedback to our food and beverage manager. While we know we let you down, we do hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to serve you again in the future, so that we may give you the perfect 10/10 stay you deserve.
