Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix/Gilbert

Wow, what great personable service. Very accommodating to my needs. Best front desk service Ive had in a long time. Will definitely stay again. Super Clean and comfy suite. Very quiet too, even though they were busy. I do have a request. Consider having one alternative milk, such as almond, unsweetened coconut, etc and stevia. Thanks again for making me feel at home. Rooms: Very contemporary crisp clean comfortable and spacious. Nearby activities: Endless restaurants, shopping, grocery store. Safety: Good locks on doors.

I recently had to make an unexpected trip out to the Gilbert area, and being that I am a Hilton member, chose the Hampton Inn & Suites. First off, I've stayed st this property before, over 5 years ago, and it looked basically the same on the outside, but the room I had was definitely better than I remember! The bed was what I would expect from a Hilton property, the room was clean and updated,and even though I was close to the 202, the room was quiet. I loved being close to so many great places to eat! The staff was wonderful and truly made an effort to get to know me in the short time I was here. I will definitely be coming back! Rooms: New and updated!

We always look forward to checking in and staying at this hotel. It is reliably, clean and comfortable with delicious breakfast and friendly staff. The team members are well trained and treat you like family. Also, they seem to be happy in their work which is nice. Nearby activities: If you are here during the Christmas holidays, there is a huge Mormon temple near the hotel that is decorated beautifully. We took our grandchildren and they loved it!

The office desk guy Jamy was nasty to us. He is confrontational and rude. The hotel is decent but I would avoid going after dealing with him.
