I have never had to call in to get better rates. Mr. Alston has always contacted me ahead of time notifying me of rate increases and already has cost savings and alternatives lined up. I have always felt like a valued customer. They answered all my questions and have addressed all my claims and insurance needs with very little lift on my part. I highly recommend HA insurance.

Steve and team were great to work with! The were honest provided a quick quote and called and talked it over. I felt very comfortable and felt like Ive known him forever! If you need Insured they are the ones you must go to!!!

You saved me a little money last time when I renewed by helping me to see that I no longer needed the SR22 on my insurance. The motor vehicle department failed to notify me that I could drop it. If it weren't for you, I would have kept on paying for something that was not legally required!
