I thought the power steering in my car was going out, turns out it just needed a bleeding procedure done. Tim & Mel performed the procedure totally free of cost & told me it didnt feel right selling me a new pump when it just needed the bleeding. They dont try and pull a fast one on you, I will continue to come here for as long as I live in Glendale/Peoria area.

I had to do an auto repair & I had to sit & wait 8 hours after an 8:30 AM appt. He told me he was waiting for a part & knew how long it would take. Have done an oil change and A/C service (30-45 minutes each); replaced both front & rear shock absorbers, less than 2 hours. I won't be coming back to this location (Bell Rd & 67th Ave) when I get my new vehicle. Tim is a little dishonest (like Christian Bros for overpricing) Don't go to Christian Bros, they're backstabbing Christians. CHAMPS AUTO REPAIR are similar, Tim does take advantage of women or disabled persons!!
