        My local branch always answered their calls, and would always call me back if they couldnt answer my question But evidently not here in Phoenix. Time to move on.

        ATMs are always broken. You won't find out until after you've already started your transaction. This bank should close... they don't maintain this place, nor do they make the effort to try.
