I had great business, until last month. I was upset but the manager made sure I was taken care of. Mayra assisted me, entered wrong VIN. Cuala made sure it was done correctly. They are helpful. Have 4 vehicles for insurance. Reasonable and affordable. Great customer service, hearing them greet you over the phone makes you feel comfortable and valued. I appreciate Mayra and Cuala.

If I can give this place , no stars I would. I hate how Mira is fake in front of you, but as soon as you leave the store, shes calling you bothering you talking about documentations that you have to sign. She did that to me three times if you knew the policy if you knew you had people that have to sign papers why make them leave and come back or sign it over the email theyre fake and scary and I feel like these people are only trying to make money off of you and scam you I do not recommend these people unprofessional staff Myra will sit there in a smile on your face and act friendly but as soon as you leave, she calls you back and hit you with other charges other documents that you need to sign I recommend you dont go here find somewhere else and save yourself the stress
