If you want money stolen from your bank account with out your authorization, this is the company to go with!! I originally went with the company because they were super cheap compared to the rest of insurances. Then after the first year they nearly doubled the rate and said there was a discount for the first year. Then surprise withdrawals on my bank account, when they werent supposed to withdraw from it, they cant give a straight answer and promised to refund the money, no apology from the company, no refund of the money taken. You cant get a more shady insurance company to go with. The only Casualty with California Casualty is the customer!

Been with California casualty for years. I recently had some roof damage from a storm. Couple thousand to repair and CC wouldn't cover it. After all these years of paying them. Thousands upon thousands to them and they didn't wanna cover a little damage to the roof. Sad. A company can just rip you off like that after so many years. I got rid of them and I'm much happier now.

I had a great experience working with this company. I was rear-ended and had to get a car rental while mine was getting fixed. They helped me get back on the road quickly and settled my claim faster than I expected.
