The best customer service I have ever had!! They did not have the part for my car but were able to give me a temporary repair until I could get the part. They explained and showed me what was wrong. After diagnosing the car and giving me a temporary fix they did not charge when they spent time on the car and gave me a temporary solution. I will recommend them to everyone!!!

I think I found my new automotive repair shop. Ive been here twice and both times Ive been treated with great respect and been explained in detail what is going on with my car and given choices to fix it or bring it back. I havent felt pressured, but given ample time to decide what I need to do, what is best for my vehicle and my finances. I will most definitely come back. And Ive already referred, Big Brand, tire to my friends and family..

Came here for a simple oil change. After driving my car for a day and allowing the new oil to settle, I checked my levels (while my engine was cool) and discovered it was filled about an inch past the max line. I took my car back and the shop agreed they did in fact overfill by about half a quart. I assume the old oil just wasnt drained all the way. The staff was very nice and quickly corrected their mistake. I rate 3 stars because I have been here before and have had no complaints, and because of the quick resolution and respectful staff. However, not sure if ill be returning next oil change.
