The apartments are beautiful and have little room for improvement (they are just about perfect). My only dissatisfaction with San Villante is that the property management has moved offsite and removed the ability to message them through the Henri app. They are very unavailable. There was a fire on property in a dumpster and when the firemen arrived we had to tell them that no employees are on site and the residents had to manage the emergency. Its not often that I need property management, but when I do, it is very difficult that they are not on site.

I have lived at San Villante for over 2 years since the opening of the complex. The staff that I have encountered were pleasant and professional. Ive only experienced two minor maintenance issues and they were handled quickly. The grounds and amenities are kept clean and is beautiful when the flowers are in bloom. You are given 1 assigned covered parking spot and Security does help to enforce if someone parks in your space. Also there is unassigned in covered parking spaces if you have more than 1 car for free. 1 issue is that there are many wrong package deliveries. I personally have not had this issue perhaps because I put the building number along with the apartment number on my Amazon etc. to help with locating my unit. But that isnt a reflection of the apartments. I like sitting by the outdoor fireplaces or lounging by the pool. So I would recommend this location

DO NOT RENT HERE. 0/5 stars. It is not safe, poor management. Daniel, the office manager is prejudice and very unprofessional. There was a threat to a resident on property involving a firearm and nothing was done about it. I do not feel safe in this community and DO NOT recommend. They also only post positive comments and delete all of the negative comments.

My review is of Blake in the San Villante office...
I'm scheduled to move into this complex in less than two weeks. I had a package scheduled to be delivered after my move-in date, but received notification that it was delivered early. I currently live 2 hours away from San Villante, so I called their office, spoke with Blake, explained the situation, and asked if he could kindly hold the package for me. He told me he couldn't help me. I hung up with Blake, called back and spoke with Ryan who was very sweet and helpful. He was kind enough to walk over to the unit to check on the package and called me back to let me know that the current tenant must have brought the package inside the unit. He then transferred me back to Blake who once again said he could not help me. I asked him to PLEASE call or email the tenant and let them know the package belonged to me. He agreed to call them, then called me back to let me know that he spoke to the tenant and the package is now waiting for me outside. I thanked him and asked if he could please hold the package for me as I am 2 hours from San Villante. He said no he could not help me, the package is my responsibility.
While I understand the package is my responsibility, this was an unexpected situation that was out of my control and I was simply asking for a favor as a future resident. I am blown away at the complete unwillingness to help. No longer looking forward to this move.
