    DO NOT rent here if you value your belongings. To be clear, the apartment itself is just fine. Lot of space for the price. And we haven't had any problems with bugs, like so many others have mentioned. But we've had too many things stolen and have had to put up cameras. 3 bikes were stolen off our fenced-in patio. They were triple locked so they were stolen by more than one person, and had to have been lifted over the rail at one time. Our shed was pryed open. And forget having any packages delivered. They will be stolen by porch pirates. Think it's better with an apartment closer to the office? Nope. If you do rent here, make sure to inspect all appliances and run them through full cycles before signing your lease. It takes months to get repairs completed.

    We just moved in. We have a good experience so far with Glen at Mesa. The unit was clean and and I good working condition. Britny has been great to work with, she showed us a similar unit since the one we wanted was not available yet. She was able to answer all our questions. Tania helped us when we picked up our keys, she went over everything in the Welcome Packet, which was very helpful. The one star drop was because it was difficult to get someone on the phone consistently. When we left a message, we did not always get a call back.

    Please do not rent here. The complex is filthy. Covered in trash and animal feces. HORRIBLE pigeon problem that management is doing nothing about. I have three balconies and cannot use any of them due to the pigeons. Roach problem that just isnt taken seriously despite multiple requests for pest control. Pools are so dirty you shouldnt be using them. Lounge furniture is sun damaged and falling apart. Obviously has not been replaced in many years. And finally. The biggest issue. Management is rude and will not help you. Maintenance will is slow or nonexistent. Ive been waiting almost a month with no A/C with kids in the apartment. Manager told me its not an emergency and theyll get to it when they get to it. Please dont rent here. All they want is your money, but will not use it to maintain the property. Nor will they show you any due respect for being a paying tenant.
