I wish I could give this place a better review because I can tell management is actually trying to make this a good community, but this place has a full blown roach problem. We've had pest control come multiple times, but it just keeps getting worse. Also, this place is SO noisy. Particularly all the kids who run and scream through the hallways and all the dogs in this place just constantly barking and howling all day. You have to pay for any covered parking here, so sometimes you can't even find a parking spot here and have to park over at the Safeway parking lot. This has just been a mentally exhausting experience and I honestly cannot wait to be out of here. The first few months were great and we thought we'd be here for a long time, but my partner and I are so fed up at this point.

I have been living here for almost 9 months and wanted to give time before leaving a review, but waking up to zero water in my unit this morning was the straw that broke the camel's back. I am very grateful to the previous office manager, Angel, for making the application process so easy and that is why I gave 3 stars instead of 2. Since I moved in at the beginning of July 2023, I had to have two major appliances replaced, both in August. My AC unit broke in the dead of summer, which forced me to have to rent a hotel room for two days, costing me a fraction of what my rent already is for the apartment. There was no attempt to recoup the money that I spent. Keep in mind, the unit that I moved into was advertised as "newly renovated" and was given a discount price. If you're renovating an apartment, you would think to replace all the appliances or at least check to see if they're in proper working order, not just the ones that are visible to the human eye. Also, this is AZ where it was a solid 110+ degree weather for over a month last year. It was close to an uninhabitable unit. Then my in unit washer broke in the middle of me doing laundry and it wasn't replaced well into the next day and I had dripping wet laundry that I tried to hang dry with any available space. Very shortly after that, my car was stolen right from the reserved parking spot I have to pay an additional $20 per month. I wasn't updated by the building or management in regards to additional security or anything like that and I'm pretty sure other vehicles have been stolen from the parking lot as well. Not to mention the towing company this complex does business with attempted to illegally tow at least half a dozen vehicles over Thanksgiving with zero warning or contact with the front office as to why. There was a bad roach infestation that prompted someone to come by for a few weeks and install and replace roach traps. The neighbors are loud and were performing some sort of maintenance over the weekend when no one from the office is here to contact. I've been told there is an emergency maintenance number to call, but have yet to locate it on the app or website. Dog owners here refuse to pick up their animal feces and there are kids that are constantly running around unsupervised. Waking up at 5:00am this morning with zero water and zero way to immediately fix the issue was, like I said, the straw that broke the camel's back. I don't know if I have plans to renew my lease yet and I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but there are so many issues and with the lack of consistency and communication, especially with how many maintenance issues I've had, it's enough for me to consider looking elsewhere. I will be showering at my gym this morning.

Moved here all the way from michigan, my experience with this place has been nothing but a nightmare. When I arrived I mentioned the roach issue and they responded with we werent expecting you to be here today. in my opinion it shouldnt matter when I show up. since then they have tried to make it right but this place is too far gone. due to the broken washer there is water damage on the floor (which attracts roaches). there are wires hanging out of the ceiling, stove and refrigerator hasnt been moved or cleaned for a very long time (which attracts roaches). DO NOT FALL FOR APARTMENTS THAT ONLY SHOW YOU A MODEL OF THE APARTMENT AND NOT THE APARTMENT ITSELF!! going to report to health department if not fixed soon. I have photos, videos and eye witnesses to this disaster of a apartment.
