Rise on Country Club

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First off, becareful living here. Management acts like youre living in a 5 star hotel, for what they charge to live here. Most people walking around look llike they just got out of prison, or are on drugs. This place is very unsafe at night. Everynight there is something going on with someone. There is Fighting, drug deals, bums going in the dumpsters, adults riding around the complex on 10 speeds looking to sell. The place is a real joke. Dont rent from here. My apartment was loaded with roaches. I had to move before i got myself into serious trouble living here, by hurting someone. Do yourself a favor, if you're going to pay 1500 for a 1 bedroom here, you might as well pay another $100 or $200 more in a safer area. This place needs alot of help. Management doesnt care who lives here, as long as they pay. Looks like section 8 housing. Obviously these positive reviews they are getting are not from real tenants. This place has nothing positive about it.

Cre que seria una fabulosa idea vivir ah, pero se ha convertido en la peor pesadilla de mi vida,nunca hay agua fria,todo el ruido de la calle se escucha como si vivieras en la calle,muchos perros,cada vecino tiene 2 o mas perro en ese espacio tan pequeo y no son pequeos perros,roban lo que tengas afuera,a m me quebraron un vidrio de mi carro y ni siquiera una disculpa,esos apartamentos,SONNNN UUUNNNAAA PPORTQQUUEERRIIAAA

Disappointed is an understatement. When we spoke to the leasing staff. We explicitly told them we needed a downstairs apartment, because I'm disabled with a toddler. Well move in was today and we are upstairs. It is nothing like the apartment we were shown and applied for. And now that listing doesn't exist on their website. And so many things in our unit is broken including the a/c. And it was very dirty inside, my old 450 Sq ft apartment felt way bigger than this one. Which was told to us to be 500 Sq ft. I feel like a thorough inspection of the unit wasn't done. Feels like we've been duped, but since I had to move last minute during a holiday weekend. There is nothing I can do about it. It cost us so much money to move in ($2k) and they are still saying we owe $5 somehow There is no reason why this apartment should as much as it is it feels like a shoebox. and it is very much in the ghetto.

My experience here so far has not been great. People here are rude. I keep my apt very clean & still see roaches & other kinds of small bugs, coming in, especially when the next door tenants turn the heater/cooler on. I had reported a theft and nothing was done. I had called security several times. No one ever picks up. No cameras anywhere. The amount of rent tenants pay here, I'm sure there would be some kind of security but no. There are Homeless individuals that roam around all the time. I feel this is not a safe place to live.
