Honestly never been so uncomfortable in my life for FIVE HUNDRED AND ELEVEN DOLLARS A WEEK. The bed is like concrete. Couch is old as hell, gross and uncomfortable Carpet dirty. Theres no bugs or anything in my unit Im just UNCOMFORTABLE I cant sleep, I toss and turn all night with severe back pain from the horrible bed, couch isnt any better Im thinking about buying a Japanese floor mat to sleep in my 511.00/week room And I put not one, but two foam toppers plus a mattress pad and its still CONCRETE Its just a very uncomfortable place to be and its incredibly expensive. Im looking at InTown Suites to move because their furniture is newer, cleaner and it definitely looks more comfortable. After reading the reviews I moved in here not expecting to get any of my deposit back. Seems like no one ever has Good luck.

Overall the place was way overpriced for the small space, old carpet, old furniture and the manager Matt was terrible to deal with. He's racist and was always looking for any excuse to harass me. The front desk ladies however were always very nice, helpful, and made my time there enjoyable. But I would never go back, they didn't give me my security deposit and I just have to say the management was the WORSE!

Went here to do a short term stay after being told the check in process was the same as a hotel check in. Wrong! They do a background check and go farther back then they should then tell you that you can't have a room. It's an extended stay hotel turned apartments. There are many that stay here that have a record. The staff need to get their heads out their butts and actually do business like an extended hotel, not a damn aoartment complex

When we first moved in the room we got all our good stuff stolen from us really quick. They treat you like dirt here really bad. Lot's of stuff is broken here. They don't care for there customers here. Please don't stay here. We used the Landry room and the water is cold only and the dryers doesn't work your clothes will come out wet .

Room was dirty the beds were so small and hard. The lobby had a real bad smell. I don't think I would go back if the stay was comped.
