I havent moved in yet but I will in a couple of weeks! So far the place is great, it looks very well maintained and it is in a super convenient location with the lightrail. Best of all it is very affordable especially being my first apartment. Kyle has been such a pleasure to work with and has communicated everything in a timely manner. All of my questions were thoroughly answered and I was given all of the information I need for the application process. I had no idea this place was even here, its kind of nestled away but it is a true hidden gem. Im beyond excited to finally move in and be able to call this place home!!

My wife and I have been proud residents of Cimarron for going on 3 years. What sets this place apart is the exceptional management Kyle, in particular, has been a wonderful and compassionate presence. Maintenance is quick to assist, and the property is well-maintained, with thoughtful additions like the parking lot and gate for added security.
One standout feature for us is the sound insulation in the units we hardly ever hear our neighbors. Cimarron offers great value and safety. If I were to suggest any improvement, it would be updating the gym and adding equipment like a squat rack or heavier dumbbells. That would make it even better.
In short, our time at Cimarron has been truly enjoyable, and it feels like home.

Very clean, safe, and well-maintained apartments, service is quick and Jonna and everyone I've met who work there including the front desk and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. Great location and value for all the on site amenities that are included in your rent. Communal laundry and vending cost a little extra but it's not a lot or unreasonable. They are slowly renovating the older apartments with newer appliances, cabinets, and flooring which looks very clean and modern while still being more affordable than many new builds in the area. The biggest thing I didn't really like was the lack of fiber ethernet ports and the below average speed of the community wifi and some of the outages that I've experienced which made remote work difficult sometimes so you have to buy your own wifi connection if you want reliable service, so I really hope fiber is something they consider adding in the future.

My experience at Cimarron apartments has been nothing short of perfect. I relocated from out of state, and while researching potential housing options and was honestly scared that i would move into a dirty or unsafe complex. I came across Cimarron and was immediately impressed by their reviews. And let me just tell yall, the reviews prove to be true! (This review btw, is totally unsolicited). Kyle has made my transition here seamless. We communicated a lot via email in order to get everything situated before my arrival. Due to my long drive here, I arrived past office hours, and Kyle set everything up to where I had no issue getting into my new apartment. The community here is so awesome too! I even had a resident help me move my mattress up stairs when I was moving in! I had some minor maintenance issues that needed to be looked at, but Mr. Jim and his coworker came by and quickly fixed everything up. The property itself is clean and well kept. It is secured with gates and offers covered parking. And the area seems to be overall safe. I feel so lucky to have found Cimarron apartments.
