My husband and I moved here without viewing the place in person and it was even better than expected!! Our place is gorgeous! The overall gated community is beautiful, nice and peaceful . They really take care of everything from amenities and the neighborhood is so clean. We love that ALL dog breeds are accepted here with 2 dog parks, that is what drew us here initially. Beautiful pool and spa, lovely lounge to study in and hang out to even play pool. We really love it here so far! Thank you Bella Encanta and staff !!

Im happy to share that our experience here has been phenomenal! This is by far the best community in Mesa . The views are spectacular and peace and tranquillity that comes with the natural elements are priceless. The amenities are great and the property is well maintained. I can honestly say that weve never had such a positive experience. The assistant manager Dustin is extremely professional, very kind and he on top of his game! You can sense that he takes pride in what he does and he really puts his heart into it. Weve also had the pleasure of dealing with the maintenance tech dean .He went out of his way to introduce himself, and assured us that he would make it his priority to address any issues that may arise. Everyone seems to be happy here, what more can you ask for!? Chase is also very pleasant amazing staff! everyone here is extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to help!! Highly recommend

My family and I love living in this community! The amenities are great and the entire community is very clean and well kept. Dustin and Angela have been so accommodating which helped move-in go smoothly and living here so enjoyable!

Over priced not worth it ! So many issues never being solved 0/10 flat paint everything in the units are cheap everything is breaking
