Teagan is AMAZING! The front office has been through quite a few staff changes recently but Teagan has made all that progress look seamless. She is always helpful and kind. Even though she seems to be solo in the office most days she is always very thorough about communication. Thank you for your hard work and dedication Teagan!

My husband and I have just moved into what we thought was going to our safe haven! I was always taught not to be fooled by the wrapping! Upon signing our lease that we that we thought was $1900+ actually turned out to come with a few unwanted surprises, like, cable we havent owned a Television in years and prefer it that way, Internet, we have our own but yet its an additional $130.00 to our rent whether we use it or not, then theres the Fan to the AC/ Heating Unit that NEVER GOES OFF, nor can you turn it off remotely unless you have RENTLY, which also is by the way ANOTHER ADDITIONAL COST and dont forget the charge for the PARCEL BOX, which we didnt realize until now really is just another additional charge because nearly most packages since we have been here have been delivered to our door. But, what really gets me is when your pay period doesnt exactly fall on the day rent is due and you check the Resident Portal to get your amount due including Late Fees and take them that exact amount, that night they SERVE YOU WITH $100.00 late fee at 8:00 pm and you already paid by 1:00 pm that afternoon! And there is more than one person in the office who you talked to and neither of them can even bother to log it into the computer as PAID! Seriously!! What are we paying for here? They test my Support Pups when we first moved in just in case they accidentally did their business and we as Overly Responsible Pet Owners just decided NOT to clean up after them. First off, people who do that, DONT deserve to own something as precious as their pet, Second, We Are Not Morons! You may not think we notice but there are some who just flat out are in a hurry to get no where fast so they think if their pet poops in the Rocky Flowerbed it will blind in. Surprise!!! IT DOESNT! The Pool!!! Where do I begin there? First of all, though for us Adults who know how to Socialize Calmly & Quietly with Friends & Family, I applaud you, however the POOL is NOT a Built In Babysitter nor is it a Singles Bar for Older Drunks to Pickup On Teenage Girls! Nor is the POOL Bathroom supposed to be used for sexual activities especially when you can still be heard! Should you have anything of VALUE, like your vehicles, motorcycles etc., Pray you have them locked in your house, vault, garage or with you because 3 days after moving in and 1 night after leaving our vehicle out so the movers could bring in our belongings, our vehicle was broken in too. Sad thing is, it was parked directly behind our garage and right by a Security Camera! The usual was done, police called, mangers notified but it wasnt until I did my own investigation that I found out only a certain amount of the cameras actually work and some of the people I met never bothered to report to management at all. If we had to rethink certain aspects, a lot of things would be done differently! All I can say Is DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!! Pretty packaging doesnt necessarily mean everything inside is what it seems!!
