If you are considering this place, be aware! This townhome has many hidden fees for renters. For example, they charge you for common area electricity and water. Upon move out, they want to charge you 125$ for carpet cleaning fee. It will be deducted from your 500$ deposit. I have lived in many apartments before. No companies ever asked for cleaning fees. It should be leasing company's responsibility before the new tenant move in. My previous apartment replaces the entire carpet for the new tenant, and it is not being charged to the residents. This is the part of the move out email you will receive: "Things to do Before Moving Out * Clean your unit in the same clean condition you received it in to avoid a minimum $350 cleaning charge (kitchen, blinds, fans, toilets, windowsills, baseboards, appliances, tub/shower, sinks, vents, floors, walls, wall scuffs, etc.)" Again, I have lived in many apartments in different states before, leave the unit the way you moved in is unheard of. With that being said, you are basically not getting your deposit back. Second concern is that residents here typically have at least two or more vehicles. You do have a garage, but it is tight if you use it for storage and have a big SUV, trucks are not fitting in the garage. You must park on the street. They have very limited parking spots. It is packed almost every single night including people park next to the fire hydrants every single day. We do not park next to fire hydrant, however many people do parked there due to NO OTHER PARKING! We parked our car at this spot that is being occupied EVERY SINGLE DAY whether we park there or not. In the morning of 6am before work, we found our car being towed with no warning and car next to fire hydrant is not being towed. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING AND IRRITATING as you are going to work early in the morning. Called the company multiple times and could not get a hold of them. The lady who picked up the phone is not aware of why other violating vehicles are remained at their spots. The response is that you must pay 285$ for you to retrieve your vehicle. This is the worst leasing company I have ever experienced with.

UPDATE: We are on our second lease term and unfortunately the nice manager who helped us sign our original lease, Oriana, no longer works here. I have had nothing but problems since she left. *First incident, was when a leasing agent came with maintenance to do a standard inspection in our home. First of all the timing was very inconvenient as I teach 4th grade from home and they had to interrupt my class because they don't allow to request special times for the inspection. Second off, the leasing agent, Cory, came into my home and decided to vape. This property doesn't even allow smoking, yet, he is vaping in the homes. Who knows how many other families he did this to. My husband asked him politely to leave our home and he started arguing with my husband. This just angered my husband more and the guy didn't stop. They then called the cops on us. He was in our home smoking with my kids home and then argued with my husband. The nerve. I called Decron properties to go above management and no one ever bothered to call me back or reach out. *Second incident, we got our car towed. I work from home, and left to go take my kids to karate and my car was nowhere to be found. I called the office to find out if my car was towed and was told by the manager Amber, we did not tow any cars to my knowledge. She proceeded to tell me the tow company just randomly drove by and towed my car. This is a blatant lie. When I called the tow company they informed me that they only pick up the cars if management calls them. We pay too much money to be dealing with this. They don't enforce people actually parking in their garage, yet for those of us that do use our garage get penalized because there is absolutely no parking in this place. If they can't provide enough parking, my vehicle should not be getting towed. I want to know, WHERE ARE WE SUPPOSED TO PARK? Please tell me and I will park there. I need to be able to have a vehicle at my own home. I also want to know why the other two cars that are parked incorrectly, were not towed. Only my vehicle was towed. Why? I now feel very unsafe here. I feel like I am being retaliated against due to the first issue that wasn't even our fault. This place is way too expensive to be dealing with issues like this. We moved here to be in a comfortable, safe environment. And why doesn't Decron want to help out their tenants? Can anyone bother to call me back? We just rented a unit with The Reserve at Eastmark and cannot wait to move in! Oriana has been a huge help! We are moving from out of town. She gave us a virtual tour of our new place and around the community. She has helped us every step with all of our questions. She is quick to respond, kind, and very helpful!
