Sunrise on the Rail Apartments

Lived here for over 3 years and the PM is nice and helpful, but the dog park is disgusting. Theres almost never bags stocked in there, the rake and pan to scoop gets constantly broken by the kids that live across from there. When there is bags, those same kids rip them out and throw them all over the dog park. The trash can in the park hasnt been emptied since I move in, and they dont have a way to enforce people picking up after their pets. Not to mention its a turf park not a grass park, so its going to smell regardless since maintenance doesnt rinse or clean the turf, but its even worse when its full to the brim of feces, especially since its summer and the sun sits on the park most of the day. You can smell the park throughout the complex

I been living here at Suncrest apartment for over 4 years. 6 months ago they got new manager.Never had an issue with everybody here is very nice . The only problem that we have now is more people are smoking pot around you I can't even open my windows without having that smell come through my apartment window. I have a 14 year old and a 4 year old there are being exposed to this whenever we go to the mailbox or just to walk to the car it is ridiculous.. I used to love living here now I don't just because of that I am surrounded by people that smoke this all the time. Now to top it off none of the washer's and dryers work and the pool is broken where else do I expect from this place they haven't even come to fix any of the stuff that has been broken since we move in I'm waiting for them to fix.
