The office staff is friendly and helpful! When I was touring for apartments, the Hamptons apartments were definitely in my top three choices. I recently just moved in and the community; neighbors are welcoming and friendly. Positive vibes all around. Love the wood floors and the small kitchen. Clean community. Plus its close to the freeway :)

They sometimes take long to fix or do things you ask. It's good if you need a place to stay fast and need only a little bit of space. The rent goes up all the time, some ppl pay $1000 for a 1 bedroom which is what I got and I pay $1500 for now, always goes up, I've been here few years and barely received my parking space, lots of wanderers from super 8 motel, druggies everywhere , have to watch your vehicles to . Watch out tho, you get blamed for things that are not your fault,and it seems like you can't have friends come by with out being stereo typed for being something your not!! Like I said, it's ok for needing somewhere quick to stay!!

!!! BEWARE DO NOT RENT HERE UNTIL YOU READ !!! DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR ONLINE PRICES This place will scam you! I came in and inquired about a 9 month lease about a week ago. Upfront it looked like a good deal so I agreed to put an application in which costs $200 ($50 app fee and $150 admin fee). After they took my $200 they then showed me a lease for 15 months and said it was the best they could do and now the 9 month lease is $1700. I have excellent credit, clean background, and make plenty to qualify. After I pointed out even their prices online are less I was told they can only go by their system. They refuse to refund the admin fee even though they will not honor the price I applied for. I tried to be reasonable and said keep the app fee I did apply. Bottom line they are shady and shouldnt be trusted Cory the manager was no help and just told me pricing was corporate. Apparently it is also corporate policy to not honor pricing and keep peoples money for nothing. If you do rent here which I strongly discourage get everything they say in writing from the beginning. I truly hope the attorney general comes after this place too.
