T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

visited T-Mobile with the expectation of taking advantage of a special upgrade offer. However, my experience left much to be desired. Upon receiving my bill, I was shocked to find it higher than anticipated. Not only that, but a case was added to my purchase without my consent, under the assumption that I was being taken care of. The salespeople at this store engaged in deceptive practices, promising one thing and delivering another. Their lack of transparency and disregard for customer consent have left me feeling thoroughly dissatisfied. As a result, I will not be returning to this store in the future.

Very deceiving at this store especially for seniors. My husband and I felt good leaving the store thinking we got taken care of. Talked husband into upgrading to new phone. Was told pay this amount and it's yours. Got bill with big balance for phone. Ended up with services we didn't know we were getting charged for. Put case and protector on without even asking or telling us how much they were. Just showed up on bill.....Very disappointed. ....Customer Service couldn't help us. Once this phone is paid off, TMobile is history. Never again.

Dont come into this store ! We came to this location on 10/2023 We were told our lines were eligible for upgrades would get 2 iPhones 15 free with trade in . That we had to add a new line for the promo but assured we wouldnt be paying anything for that line . Paul told us our bill will only got up $10-15 from what we were paying monthly . Since then our bills been $30-$50 more than we were told . I keep contacting Paul to fix our bills but no response that I have to keep going into the store to have it fixed ! Our new bill is available and again not close to what was promised . We are being charged for the new phones no discount for the trade ins ! So frustrating !

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. The people that were in the store were very nice when they did talk, but the employee that we delt with I think was the manager, he was not helpful whatsoever. He was unaware on how to even read the account seeing when it was started/when we made in store purchases/what we were currently paying for even though he was looking at the account on the tablet in his hand after pulling up the phone number. He was unable to answer any questions clearly and the entire time we were there we had no idea what he was doing, he was just playing on the tablet in front of him and then helping his co-worker next to him. Once we receive the IPad we went in there for we are going to a new location with everything for them to explain why he gave us a bunch of sim cards and what exactly we are paying for and see if they can actually answer our questions.
