The level of disrespect, poor guest relations and customer service is beyond me I don't know how they are even in business still, and the owners and bosses of this specific location you have hired and are employing some of the worst leaders, managers and most importantly a poor image of your business I have ever come across. You need to have a refreshment course on what customer service is and looks like and fire them all amd start over. I'd rather have no place to go than to stay here and give them any more of my money, no one should have to pay to be treated this poorly.
This was the worst hotel to date, my step dad is disabled and we had planned on staying for a month, about three days in they called and told us we had to leave due to having to much traffic in and out, there was 5 of us and the caregivers, the only people coming in and out were the same people other than the three caregivers which had all checked in at the front desk,
The front desk people are rude amd stuck up and shady, they rushed us out of the room, asking how much longer we needed and then stood by the front door and waited for us to leave room, they then charged us 70 extra dollars for a clean up fee when the room was not even dirty.
When we called about the extra charge the person who answered the phone was snippy amd short and when we asked about the charge they stated for a clean up fee all rude like, I responded back ugh no they responded back ugh yes, when I asked to speak to someone higher than hey responded there wasn't anyone else to talk to amd claimed not to be cooperate, then proceeded to say amd I quote"we your card got declined anyway I don't know what the big deal is",
For a business who job is to literally make people feel welcomed and at home these guys dropped the ball, the customer service which goes hand in hand to your job was not there,
This company only wants your money and they are greedy amd will charge you with out you knowing and claim to have no one else to talk to, it's not worth the amount they charge to be this poorly treated, there are better hotels around the corner literally for a cheaper price and nicer to.

During my stay at the hotel, there were roaches in my room on the first day. After I reported this issue to the manager, Cynthia, she promptly arranged for pest control to address the problem. However, on the last two days of my stay, there was no hot water and the water pressure was inadequate. In response to these inconveniences, the hotel only provided me with a $32 credit. Furthermore, on the first night of my stay, I encountered pubic hair in the bathtub, indicating that the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. This was confirmed by the cleaning staff, who acknowledged that the bathroom had been overlooked.

This hotel was very disgusting! The carpet has not been vacuumed. The shower has not been cleaned. A cockroach ran across the kitchen floor. The kitchen counter is peeling off. The tub would not turn all the way off and ran steady all night. The room smelled like cigarettes mixed with poop. I booked this place for a work trip thinking the kitchen would be a nice feature for my guys. We checked out the next morning and went to another hotel.
