Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Location, food, rooms, pools, lounge, everything. I really enjoyed myself and my time here. Staff was super friendly and everyone I interacted with said hello/good morning. I would for sure stay here again. Thank you!

Just stayed here for a week as a titanium member. If comfort, hospitality, and cleanliness is what you look for at a hotel do not come here. Very rude to my pregnant fiance and I. Overall just terrible. Would never stay here again. Actually cancelled the last day we had.

The markup during Cubs Spring Training is a hard pill to swallow. This is a $100 hotel the rest of the year and it fits that price point. The $400 should at least score you a Continental Breakfast during your stay. If you need an early check-in, tell them you are golfing all day and have no plans on actually checking in early or coming off the course to do so, but they will give you the best service. If you have a child or travel with medication they are not very helpful. Especially Nancy who seemed to be having a rough day. The rooms are outdated and hope you don't like your fingers as you might lose them trying to open or even lock the bathroom door. The showers will soak the floor as the glass doors don't close properly.

I was there for a week for work. I asked for non feather pillows 3 times. The bed sheets had to be changed when I got there bc there were stains on the sheets. The toilet over flowed and would not flush properly after they said they fixed it. I asked for more wash clothes and they would only put 1 when they came in to refresh my room. I use 1 washcloth in the morning and 1 at night so that didnt make sense. I was hung up on from one of the front desk clerks when I called to see if I could get a receipt from a charge on my account. I called and left a message with the GM as well who never returned my phone call. The property just seems very unorganized and no communication with the guest. I travel for work and I live in hotels 85% of my year. This by far was one of the worst experiences I have encountered. The property was in a good location so if you like baseball and dont care about your room stay here.
