        I am so grateful for the homeless program they have here. It's here honestly a life saver!! I now have a safe place to sleep now. Thank you city of Mesa and CBI and Windemere.

        Management refused to give a refund, when explained my dad died day before checking in. Thought this was cruel and heartless. Do not deal with this hotel. Zero compassion...horrible customer service. Scam

        This is not a hotel & conference center anymore. This entire complex is operated as a shelter for people experiencing homelessness. CBI or Community Bridges Inc runs this facility and they provide services to a very large number of people who otherwise might not have anywhere to sleep other than the streets. Clients here are provided with meals daily, beds, programs and services at no cost to the individual. Noteworthy details: As I already described, this is no longer a Hotel & Conference center.
