My wife and I were looking for a nice townhome where one of our sons could live while going to school at Arizona State University. We live in California and really did not know much about the Tempe/Mesa housing market. Dave, Connie and Alyson worked very hard to show us many single family homes and townhouses that could work for an ASU student. They also educated us about the current low housing inventory and higher demand that creates a lot of competition that can make it challenging to get a home under contract. In addition, Dave and Connie also provided excellent analytics relating to recent home selling prices and appreciations. In only two weeks and two offers we were under contract on a great townhouse only 7 minutes from the ASU campus.

I would highly recommend Connie and Dave as realtors. I have known them for over 20 years, as their daughter is one of my best friends. Because of this, I knew that I could count of Connie and Dave to be fair, help us search for what we needed (we had a very specific set of parameters that was not easy), and not let us purchase a home out of our budget. They are effective communicators and kept us in the loop about the entire process. Selling our home was the easy part. Buying our new home was a giant headache. We ran into issues with needing documentation from the county and some push back from the seller. Although we closed 4 weeks after we were supposed to close, it was all worth it! We got the house of our dreams without having to sacrifice location (not easy to find 1 acre of land in the city any more). They were magnificent through out this process and fought for us when things seemed bleak. I will say it again, I highly recommend Connie and Dave for your realty needs.

I wasnt sure if I was ready to buy a house. I was just browsing the market to see what was out there. About 5 months ago we started this jorney and was looking and looking online but everything was so overpriced for what we was looking for. In the process I met Connie & Dave. They became our Realtors and they helped me search for the right house. We found a house and the deal feel through my husband and I was devastated. We was ready to give up and wait but Connie and Dave had given us hope to keep looking. They never gave up on us we kept looking and we finally found a house that we can make a home for our family. They were patient and understanding and guided us through every step of the process if we had questions they had answers. From our family to yours thank you both for helping us find a home.

Connie is amazing! As an investor I’ve bought and sold many of my own properties but sometimes you need someone to deal with process on your behalf. Our investment property went under contract right away and we had multiple offers. The first AND second buyers fell out of escrow but Connie was on top of the paperwork and got an even better and more qualified buyer on contract within the day. We ended up selling at full asking price. She worked very hard to keep the sale moving along. And notified me of everything going on. What a blessing. I highly recommend her and her husband Dave. Great team!
