        Pretty disappointed in my last print order here. Chose them over OfficeMax down the street. Copies were missing, they never gave me a proof, I ended up with multiple copies of pages when I was supposed to have 1. And having to pay for the copies I didnt need! I give 2 stars because the staff were really nice, but the whole experience was frustrating. Would not come back.

        Terrible service, they charged me 80 dollars to send a package to Mexico that would arrive in two days because it was URGENT and arrived after 2 days

        Don't trust Google hours. They're wrong and have been for years! Hours posted on their shop window are, recently, correct. Manager? District manager? Regional manager? Someone is "verifying" incorrect hours. How hard is this to get right? You'd think you'd want accurate online information about your business. The staff are friendly enough. This is just a j.o.b. for them, and there is a culture of "not my job, not my problem." I have to ask someone to restart the wide format printer nearly every time I'm in.
