        Michael is amazing - this location would not function without him. He has assisted me and my husband on several occasions where he was working solo under significant pressure.         I have been using the Prescott/Gail Gardner FedEx for nearly 20 years and have always had great customer service. Last night I stopped by to pick up my print job and was completely ignored by the team member. He didn't greet me & when he helped a customer that arrived after me there was no greeting. I felt like I didn't exist. I know they get very busy there, but I never was ignored like that....What a disappointment!! P.S. It wasn't Michael.

        I needed a small printed sign for my business. I was fortunate enough to have Michael assisting me. He mentioned laminating as well and thats exactly what I needed. He even added grommets so I could hang it comfortably. I couldnt be more happy with the finish product. Ha had it done in half the time expected. Excellent job!!!

        I love this FedEx. They can get busy sometimes because they are so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, professional but Id rather wait for the best than rush through and get the worst. Today they boxed up a package for me that I ended up taking to the Post Office instead because of the delivery address. And he offered to box it up even though he knew I was going to turn around and go to the PO. Thats how they are.nice!!!
