Thank you to Nick and Alex for getting my grandma into a vehicle at their location. My grandma had reservations at another location, however, she did not realize they closed at 5:30pm. They had no hesitation in helping us out and were very friendly. Thank you again!

Absolutely horrific service at this location. This location is always sold out of cars (including today), all the time. But, the website will let you make a reservation. When you show up, there's no cars in the lot at all. You then have to sit and wait for hours for a "return" to show up. Then you get a smug, condescending smile from the manager there while they tell you there's nothing that can be done. I don't know how this location stays in business. The staff here has real bad attitudes. If you're upset about bad service, they just smile at you like it amuses them that you're upset. You can literally see them holding back laughing at you. This location needs to be shut down for good. They never have inventory on hand. The area manager refuses to talk to you when you have a bad experience. Their personal skills need a lot of fine tuning, especially with getting rid of the smug attitudes. Save yourself some time, don't use this location. Renting here will just frustrate you beyond belief while the staff tries not to laugh at you.

Painfully slow and inefficient today. Ended up cancelling and leaving after dismissive comments from the front desk. Even offered to clean and/or fill up a car myself. There must have been 30 cars sitting idle in the return lanes. ZERO effort to find a solution. Uber wins this trip to Scottsdale.
