Terrible place rooms are not as advertised. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment and when we showed up we got a 1 bedroom with 2 beds in it. Called customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do other than refund me my money. Booked over a month in advance and they couldnt do anything to make it right..

After checking into the property, we quickly realized a few issues that detracted from our experience. The unit boasted three TVs, yet was equipped with only two remotes. Further, one lampshade was notably cracked, another lamp was unusable due to a missing bulb, and an unpleasant smell lingered in the room. Most distressingly, after our stay, the property claimed our $100 deposit for a purported towel stain. When we asked for evidence, none was forthcoming. I find this particularly unjust as we have been bringing our own towels, sheets, comforters, and blankets since the pandemic and did not use any provided by the property. This encounter felt quite fraudulent, and I would urge caution to others considering a stay here. The lack of evidence for charges made and disregard for guest queries is unacceptable. Stay clear of this place if you want to avoid similar troubles.
