FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I go in to ship a very small item a reciver for RC cars and the lady told me they do no ship with out ID. I walked here 7 miles. In the past 10 years going here I've never been asked for my Drivers license to ship anything. I will not be returning, I will use USPS or UPS moving forward. Thank you, have a great day FedEx!

Every time I go there, the customer service is so bad. The staff members working there are very rude and wont help at all even after your request. When i went there last time, i asked a girl at counter to take out some colored print outs. But she responded very rudely to me saying with all the work I have right now, i can not take out the printouts and you can do self print. I said okay no problem. But the whole time i was taking prints out, the girl was only standing idle and using her phone. Was this the work she was occupied into? Today also i went there for printing. I got stuck at one point while using self printing machine, so I called someone for help. The guy came and helped me. And went back to the other staff(who was a girl) and said what problem i faced. The girl simply laughed out loud on that. I mean I did not expect such this kind of poor customer service. The staff there is meant to help people. Probably I should just stop going here from now on.

Our company needed last minute revisions to spiral bound books that we needed for a meeting with only an hour to spare. Not only did Emily at the store work to get this done so quickly, but she beat the time frame she gave us. Our company was thrilled that this got done so quickly.
