I love Summit Ridge Apartments! It's been a pleasure meeting Kassandra, Michelle, Sally, Vianei and the maintenance team! With dedication from the whole team it really brings out the best of Summit!

This apartment complex it 100% shady from the maintenance requirements not being done to overcharging for move out itemized issues. They seem to take advantage of those who are not as knowledgeable with fair housing laws, if anyone has complaints I suggest you call the city of Tucson and report them for all property discrepancies and or negligence. They need to be held accountable for the actions that they have been displaying.

Hello im a resident at summit ridge apartments and i do love loving here its close by to my work!!! Theres a wing chun studio that imma be taking classes at soon! And i can easily walk there and my favorite fast food places r close by to! So that a huge bonus for me i would like to thank kassandra miranda for introducing the property to me giving me a tour and moving me in! The complex is pretty in its own unique way! She has had a huge influence of me being apart of the summit ridge community for about the past 4 months in counting!!!

Terrible communication/costumer service. that Michelle along with the rest of her co-workers whom have the mind of A child need to be fired ASAP or this place will lose business if these Rude incompetent People Are Running it. After Paying Rent on the App they sent me a message saying I now owe $1500!? Than when I called and Told them to fix the problem they Lied and said that it was out of their control, but than proceeded to take all of my money (Overdrawn) my bank account without my KNOWLEDGE causing my account to shut down. Now I'm behind on all of my bills thanks to them. I guess this is why they don't let Residents pay rent by check No you have to pay it on an unsecure App So that they'll have Access to your bank information & Rob you of all your money making it almost impossible for you to move on when it's time. I'd suggest getting Two-factor Authentication (2FA) to further protect your bank account otherwise be prepared to get Robbed by these so Called "Business" People. EDIT: Know your Rights as a tenant don't let these Poeple continue to take advantage of their Residence They're abusing their power and should be held accountable for the action They're displaying against certain Residents just because they don't like them. these lazy bunches are just sitting on their backs bored searching for their next victims (Residents) they can financially and emotionally abuse. Than these Thieves have the nerve to send me a letter asking me to renew my lease early? What a Laugh Because i Would Never Ever Recommend This Worthless Place to People.
