        We had the pleasure of being helped by Jermaine, the assistant manager at the Kolb and 22nd location. As soon as we entered we immediately were greeted with a welcoming smile. His customer service was amazing, making sure we got everything according to our needs. He was very helpful and provided us with a clean, new, 2024 Kia Soul. He was great at conversation, and explained the whole rental process. We will definitely be coming back to this location! Enterprise- give Jermaine a raise! He is awesome.

        My experience was excellent as it always has been with enterprise. I will not rent a car from anyone else but them. I have been renting cars from them for years and years. Would always recommend them!
