I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel that was in such terrible shape. Everything was damaged/broken. There's construction materials in the front lobby so maybe it will get better, but right now it looks like it's been run into the ground. The guy at the front desk was nice though.

Front desknwas very friendly. Only good part of this, he deserves good pay, I hope he's getting it. The rooms were terrible. There was a huge wetsuit, like 2x2 that soaked our soaks. Lovely right? Who doesn't love that after a fresh shower and fresh pair of socks after driving 2300 miles. Lol the pool was freezing, which maybe is normal for April, but the place we stayed the day before and after was heated much better... pool was filthy with cog butter and joint containers everywhere, as well as other trash. Didn't try breakfast as I was on a work road trip. I always, always, always stay with quality inn if it's available, so I'll try it again next time.. but I was very very disappointed.

Ive stayed there for months weeks on and off but i always come to what i call my second home! Receptionists all three have always went above and beyond to help anybody out and ive been a witness to that. All three are kind hearted people, and reading all these negative comments is absurd! Ive been in the lobby relaxing and usually the ones always crying about something are and im sorry to say this but middle eastern individuals, who just want to go through life getting things for free! Yet you dont complain when Thanks to those immigrants those hard working people put food on your tables so your kids will be well nourished. Ive sat there and Managment and receptionists have always had all people under control. Those immigrants all they want is to get to there families and get to work for the well being of this Country Thats What Makes This Country Great! Love God Love People! Rooms: Rooms are comfortable, Spacious, and being upgraded to New Conditions. In every remolding project its a challenge but its a challange that this team from Managment to Housekeeping are conquering with such talent, patience, and trustworthiness and Hard work alot of hard work. Long days which ive witnessed turn into nights for these Moms, Daughters, etc. (housekeeping). So its very rude to come and not be gratefull for all the effort the whole team puts in to accomodate us. Instead of complaining lets give thanks to the one above for having somewhere to stay for having that money to pay for a night somewhere. Nearby activities: Strip Bars, airport, bus stop, restaurants, Freeway, RacePark, Old tucson Studios, Casino del Sol, Desert Diamond Casino. Safety: Very safe and secure! Walkability: Close by food, Adult Entertainment, etc. Food & drinks: Bars, and every room has its own Mini Fridge and Microwave!! So you can have your own drinks and food stored. Noteworthy details: Staff is 100% Friendly! Love staying there!!

I thought always that quality Inn have a good quality hotels but today I changed my opinion. I m never ever going to book a room there again. Short cut about my room and service; no coffee machine or tea not even plastic cup. Hair dryer not working, phone not working, curtain not working, bathroom fan not working. Lobby was a mess in the evening and in the morning few tables but full of men. The breakfast was coffee, cold milk, cereal. When I ask the reception about breakfast they told me this is what they have. When I ask him why they mention it online, he answers you dont pay for breakfast. Sad, poor and pathetic service.

Very poor conditions. There were a lot of men in the lobby when we arrived, that appeared to be immigrant's. The lobby had construction debris and material and it smelled bad. We had a nice room, the bed was nice, appeared to have been renovated however a lot of things were still missing in our room like a smoke alarm. They had a hotel van but, apparently it didn't go anywhere. Didn't use any amenities as it didn't feel safe due to the large amount of homeless men in and around the hotel. I didn't like paying over $100/room and having to share with illegal immigrants. Rooms: The room we had was decent but, the smell from lobby and the quality of construction was average. Appears the owner is being way to cheap. Safety: There was security and appreciated that however it would it would not have been enough if a fight broke out with the amount of people staying and roaming around the lobby. Noteworthy details: As a Choice Hotel Privilege's member this hotel should not have that brand as it is subpar.
