Four Points by Sheraton Tucson Airport

Staff friendly. Common areas look like hadn't been vacuumed in a few days. Our room was clean ( somewhat). Was not ready for guest. Everything unplugged. I had to plug in and outlets not easy to reach. King room not set up for two people. Food & drinks: Restaurant on site was pretty good.

This hotel is OK. I really have bad experiences with airport hotels, and Im always nervous to find another one. This hotel was definitely more on the positive side the location was amazing so close to the airport. The pool and hot tub was excellent and a great courtyard and market area the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of parking but some things that were kind of disappointing were that when I walked into the room they were trash in the trashcan not from us, but from a different guest, and there was also a black hair in the shower, but the house cleaners were super nice in the hallways, which is great, and I love how to have a QR code to make tipping easier. The room wasnt really that bad. It was just a trashcan and a little bit of the shower. It was really nice for an airport hotel, but one of the other negative thing I noticed was when I wanted to go get ice from the ice machine I was saying in one of the areas that was not completely connected to the hotel, so there was no ice machine but an ice bucket in the room. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing and although I did not get to go to the fitness center, I peaked inside and looked good and clean. The toilets made a bit of a weird sound, but it was fine. Just strange, the hallways were very clean and it was nice and easy to work your way around hotel. To be honest I would probably choose to stay here again hotels are not that great and this one was definitely one was pretty decent. But the price was so great.
